A shelter is not a luxury—it’s a necessity
That’s what one of the children’s teachers says. Safety is a prerequisite for learning. A child cannot absorb knowledge when danger is lurking around every corner.
School should be a place where children not only learn but also feel safe. This is only possible with a boom shelter.
