Personal Data Management
The general legal framework for our processing of personal data is European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, including regulation. Additionally, we comply to the Danish Data Protection Act No. 502 of 23/05/2018 which contains additional provisions to the Regulation on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Exchange of Such Information. Finally, we are member of ISOBRO and are committed to Marketing laws in our fundraising activities.
