I In a world that is growing more unjust and unequal, Mission Øst invites members, supporters and other interested to the AGM 2025. Here you can experience the joy and strength of communal dinning. Learn Armenian dance and jointly hear about Mission Øst’s activities for a more just and compassionate world for the poorest.
You have the opportunity to help decide how we allocate our resources, develop new programs, and strengthen our collective efforts to support those who need it the most. Your voice truly makes a difference!
How do you gain influence?
To vote at the Annual General Meeting, you must have registered a 2025 membership of Mission Øst at least three months before the meeting (i.e., by March 21, 2025).
If you are unable to attend but still want your voice to be heard, you can grant a proxy to another member who can represent you (but a maximum of two proxies per member). You simply need to submit your proxy authorization to Secretary General Betina Gollander-Jensen at bgj@missioneast.org no later than two weeks before the Annual Meeting, i.e., by 6 June 2025.
If you have any proposed amendments to the bylaws or board candidates, these must be submitted to the Secretary General (BGJ@missioneast.org) by June 6, 2025.
The materials for the Annual General Meeting can be found here.
When we stand together in faith, hope, and love, we can transform small, individual decisions into a collective force for good.
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us by email at admin@missioneast.org or call us at +45 3961 2048.
