Mission East in collaboration with UADamage and Neo-Eco Ukraine held a large-scale conference in Kyiv on the topic of “Damage Assessment of 70 Settlements in Mykolaiv: The potential of digital technology to calculate debris and costs for the green reconstruction of Ukraine”.

Over 120 joined in person and online to hear testimonies of harnessing state-of-the-art AI technology to provide accurate and transparent data, which in turn, will be used for ecological reconstruction of Ukraine. The webinar was followed by a dynamic discussion and live demonstrations of drones used for the data analysis. We would like to extend our gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark for their invaluable financial support in making this important work possible. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the delegations from the Danish, French, Belgian, and Irish embassies, as well as other diplomatic representatives, international organisations, partners, and donors for their contribution and unwavering support.

Many thanks to the hundreds of participants for their interest and participation, including national, regional, and local Ukrainian authorities, international organisations and governmental entities, in addition to private sector companies and academics. Også en kæmpe tak til alle deltagere lige fra diplomater, internationale organisationer, partnere og donorer.
