You may therefore cancel your recurring donation agreement at any time \u2013 easily and without difficulty.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Agreements set up via\u00a0MobilePay\u00a0can be cancelled directly in the\u00a0MobilePay\u00a0app. The cancellation takes effect\u00a0immediately. However, if a payment has already been\u00a0initiated\u00a0or scheduled, it may still be completed before the agreement ends.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Direct debit agreements can be cancelled via your online banking service or by contacting your bank. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month in which your bank registers the cancellation. Any payments already notified may still be debited in the same month.
